Today's Best Low Deposit ("High LTV") Mortgage Deals

As you might have noticed, the deals listed on the homepage tend to be for lower loan-to-value (LTV) ratios. In other words, lenders are reserving their lowest rates for people with as much as 25% to 40% purchase deposit, or equity in their homes.

It's not all bad news though if you have a lower deposit, or need a higher LTV for your remortgage!

On this page are lenders that still offer high LTV mortgages. They tend to be smaller, braver and more innovative lenders than the high street banks. If you have a deposit of 5%, 10% or 15%, these may be good deals for you.

Use the 'Get Quote' links in the table to fill out a short form and speak to an impartial mortgage adviser. They can give you accurate quotes for those deals or for other competitive alternatives. Using an adviser saves the average borrower £962 a year, as well as a lot of time and hassle.
